As an HR Operations & Recruitment Specialist at AEON Store in Bandung, you will work closely with the store manager and HR team to ensure that all recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will use our HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors, to manage employee data and recruitment processes. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
• Process payroll and benefits administration, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, supporting their professional development.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the store manager and HR team to address any HR-related issues or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and ID card.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as required by the role.
