📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain state-of-the-art production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement process improvements and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
