📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Integrate advanced manufacturing technologies such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with industry standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support to production teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems is a plus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
