• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports to support recruitment strategies.
• Identify market trends and evaluate candidate pools to provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards for real-time monitoring of recruitment metrics.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather qualitative data and enhance our understanding of market dynamics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in market research and data analysis.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
