📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use logistics software such as SAP or Oracle to manage and track shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
• Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the logistics team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
