As an L&D Trainer at Valor Global, you'll design and deliver engaging training sessions using industry-leading tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Teams. You'll work closely with our team to create and implement training programs that align with our company's strategic goals, ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive and engaging training materials using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other e-learning authoring tools.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions to employees, focusing on soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development.
• Create and manage training schedules and calendars, ensuring all training sessions are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements and develop tailored training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and making data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on e-learning or corporate training.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) like Cornerstone, Degreed, or SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Certification in instructional design or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
