HR Generalist (Bantul)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
