📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are delivered promptly.
• Present dishes with flair and ensure they are served at the correct temperature and in a visually appealing manner.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring tables are set and cleared in a timely manner.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking the bar, setting up tables, and cleaning the restaurant.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of Balinese cuisine and/or international dining trends is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
