📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute customized travel programs for corporate clients, ensuring all details meet the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and craft bespoke itineraries that reflect their unique preferences and business objectives.
• Coordinate with local vendors, including hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout their travel journey.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate travel, continuously seeking ways to enhance the travel experience for our clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the corporate travel division.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel consulting or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Proven track record of success in designing and executing customized travel programs for corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry, including local attractions, transportation, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
