📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, stairwells, and parking facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tenant-reported issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and record findings in detailed reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MasterCAM for planning and executing maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in apartment complexes.
• Certification in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MasterCAM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
