Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Assess employee training needs and design personalized development plans,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Kalimantan Selatan
