📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, design, and implement individual education programs for students with special needs.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.,Assess and monitor student progress, and adjust instructional strategies as needed.,Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to support students' academic and social-emotional development.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and individual differences.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and relevant legislation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.,Relevant teaching experience in special education, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.,Strong knowledge of special education principles, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and language is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required in your country of residence.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
