📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and managing the daily menu.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of kitchen supplies.,Plan and organize kitchen schedules and staff assignments.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
