In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to meet the specific needs of our organization.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
