In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense control.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
