📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Work closely with management to address HR needs and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
