📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, services, and facilities.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-in/check-out procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Assist in organizing and managing company events, meetings, and conferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or related roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
