📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough audits of financial records and internal controls,Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in auditing,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the insurance industry,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in using auditing software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
