📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and AV productions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a successful event.
  • Manage and supervise a team of production staff, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the events and AV industry.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in live events and AV production.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with AV equipment and software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the events industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
