📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
