📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations,Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers,Managing a team of logistics staff and ensuring they are well-trained and motivated,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is available,Negotiating with suppliers and service providers to secure the best rates and terms,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use
