📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the company's standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
