As a Kitchen Technician at Hospitality Enterprise Resources, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of a diverse range of kitchen equipment, including commercial refrigerators, ovens, grills, and food preparation tools. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of kitchen equipment, including commercial refrigerators, ovens, grills, and food preparation tools.
Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in kitchen equipment maintenance.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
Proven experience working in a high-end hospitality setting, preferably in Bali.
Familiarity with a wide range of kitchen equipment, including commercial refrigerators, ovens, grills, and food preparation tools.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
