📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department.,Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Managing employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Leading HR initiatives and projects to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.,Providing guidance and support to the HR team.,Representing the company at employee meetings and events.,Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
