📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Support the HR department in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
