In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and tracking.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition before each trip.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to and from vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure all vehicles are refueled as needed.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and equipped for their routes.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies that may arise.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
