Lead and manage a team of Field Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.,Drive the adoption of Databricks' data and AI solutions across key customer accounts in the CPG & Retail sector.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity to onboarding and ongoing customer success.,Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop tailored solutions that address their needs.,Partner with the engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.,Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data and AI, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.,Represent Databricks at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.,10+ years of experience in field engineering, sales, or customer success, with a proven track record of success in the CPG & Retail sector.,Strong understanding of Databricks' data and AI solutions, and the ability to articulate their value to customers.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.,Proven ability to drive adoption and ensure customer success, with a focus on delivering measurable results and ROI.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.,Experience in working with large, complex customer environments, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the CPG & Retail industry.,Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Databricks, AWS, or Azure, are a plus.
