📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and growing company.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a must.
