📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet daily sales targets and objectives.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
