📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the sewing division, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead a team of skilled seamstresses, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement and optimize sewing technologies, such as advanced sewing machines and software, to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in sewing and garment construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sewing and garment manufacturing.
