PT Property Makmur Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to take on a leadership role in managing our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a proven track record of success, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these targets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to aid in decision-making processes.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure efficient and accurate financial tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices is a plus.
