📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of market facilities.,Ensure the quality and safety of construction projects.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor and maintain market infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit reports on construction progress and maintenance activities.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement improvement strategies for market facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
