In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
