Crystal Prime Group is looking for a dedicated and passionate Crew Store to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events.,Report to the store manager on daily sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, store management, or a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic software applications.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Willingness to work remote hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
