📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth supply chain processes.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and improve service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Handle and resolve logistics-related issues and complaints from customers and internal stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools such as ERP, WMS, or TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
