📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.
