Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities and transactions.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are performing at their best.Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide strategies and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or retail industry.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
