Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise the team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure that the company is operating within budget and achieving its financial goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and develop policies and procedures to mitigate risks.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of success in managing operations and driving business growth.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
